in care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

My goal as your practitioner is to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. When a problem persists, it is rarely one-dimensional. That's why I look at the body through two lenses: the time-tested wisdom of acupuncture and a modern, multi-system anatomical approach. Using manual therapy and acupuncture, I work with you to identify precisely where your body needs support. By gently shifting your internal environment with drainage of inflammation, reducing fascial restrictions and improving circulation, we create space for your body to heal naturally and stay healthy.
Acquired hands-on skills from:
  • Jones Institute Fascial Counterstrain,
  • Counterstrain Academy,
  • Upledger Institute CranioSacral Therapy,
  • Barral Institute Visceral Manipulation,
  • Barral Institute Neural Manipulation,
  • Chikly Health Institute
And Acupuncture skills from:
  • Zhu's Scalp Acupuncture,
  • Bo's Method of Abdominal Acupuncture,
  • Master Tung's acupuncture with Dr. Wei-Chieh Young,
  • Dr. Li Chun Huang's Auricular Medicine,
  • Dr. Richard Tan's Balance Method.
When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me upside down practicing aerial arts, reading, or working on intricate projects like crochet and quilling. I have an unending curiosity about the human body and am constantly expanding my knowledge and honing my skills to improve my patients' health and quality of life.
